Keep these things in mind when placing your next digital material request to make sure it gets processed ASAP!
What is the difference between a Flyer and an E-book?
Flyers are the one page digital documents that are used to draw interest in our services or products.
E-Book ,or lookbooks, are multi page digital documents that feature specific products for customers to directly select from.
Both can are targeted towards a specific industry, season, garment, or use type. They can also be made to match so they can be used in tandum.
When will my request be ready?
Depending on the request, materials could take anywhere from 1-3 days to create and get back to you. Let us know in the instructions when you need the materials.
What if the final product is not what I was looking for?
The more detail you add to the instructions, the better we can match what you are looking for. Key details to include are: Garments, Colors, Industry, Scenarios, Use Case, Wording, or even Layout. We are happy to edit the materials, but note they can always be updated for different occasions.
What not to submit a request for.
Please only submit requests for digital materials that do not already exist in some form on another digital material. All request will be reviewed on a case by case, and we may adjust your request based on time constraints.
