Artwork FAQ's
Keep these things in mind when placing your next artwork request to make sure it gets processed ASAP!
What samples are free of charge?
Blank samples of our OSA branded garments will be sent out free of charge. We also have prepared printed samples with Vocab-T words printed on the back of the shirts. Each prepared sample pack will have 1 OSA Shirt and 1 pair of OSA Shorts.
If your customer would like to see specific OSA items please mention them in the Sample Notes section of the form.
How long do samples take to arrive?
Blank samples will be shipped out the same day a request is made, and will be shipped through UPS ground. A UPS tracking number will be shared with you so you can track the sample and let your customer know when they should expect it.

When do we charge for samples?
Decorated samples (embroidery/screen printing/heat transfer) and samples of non OSA garments will be charged to the customer based on our pricing matrices.
If your customer is happy with the sample and approves it for their order, the sample piece will count towards their order and absorb the cost of the sample.

What if my customer is not happy with a sample?
Check in with your customer and look into what specifically made them unhappy. Once you find the root cause of the issue, please reach out to karina@onestoneapparel.com who can help troubleshoot for you.
