At One Stone Apparel we pride ourselves on being good people to our customers while providing them high quality custom apparel. Below is a list of services and products we currently offer our. This list is always expanding and we will update you when new services or products become available.

Screen Printing

Our state of the art screen printing facility can print anywhere from 10 - 1000+ piece jobs without breaking a sweat. This includes jobs of up to 9 colors on a variety of garment types.

  • Order Considerations
    • The more colors in a design, the higher the price
    • Large orders receive better bulk pricing
    • Small orders will be higher priced or completed using heat transfer
    • Designs with more than 9 colors may be completed as a Heat Transfer depending on design detail or order quatiinty.
    • Minimum for screen printing: 15 pieces (unless screen printing requested by customer)

Embroidery

Embroidery is a great option for high quality staff or team apparel. Products made of special materials such as waterproof jackets, fleece sweaters, or hats are excellent garments to have embroidered.

    • Tackle Twill
    • Often used for staff apparel or hard to screen print materials (Fleece/windbreakers/etc)
    • Max Embroidery size 4" X 4"
  • Things we Don't Do
    • Large area embroidery
    • Cut and sew
  • Order Considerations
    • Small details or letters may not be visible at small embroidery sizes.
    • Complex designs may not be possible due to small details being lost.

Photorealistic Heat Transfers

Our heat transfers are an affordable and efficient way to apply complex designs or personalizations to your order. We typically use heat transfers when orders are too small to justify screen printing or a design has more that 7 colors in it. Through heat transfers we are able to preserve the look of the original design while keeping costs low.

Sublimation

We use sublimation to produce high quality uniforms or design that cover a large surface area.

    • Great for uniforms
    • Large print areas
    • Transfers on to white/blank polyester garments for the best quality
    • Custom Personalization (Names/numbers) available
    • Order Minimum

Online Storefronts

  • Have a webstore created for your customer at no cost*.
  • Your customer selects garments and up to 2 designs, and we handle sales, transactions, and order fulfilment.
  • Webstores are often  used for staff apparel sales, fundraisers, spirit wear sales, PE uniform sales, or event merch, but they can be applied to any apparel sale to sell any garment/item type.
  • The following restrictions do apply to each webstore:
    • Webstore orders take 2-4 weeks after the webstore closes to arrive.
    • Webstores are limited to 2 designs per webstore to prevent small order printing.
    • Webstore designs and products must be finalized before a webstore is requested.
    • Everything is made to order where we only produce what is ordered and do not hold extra stock.
    • All sales are final through a webstore. No returns, refunds, or exchanges.
    • Webstores require a minimum of 5 days to create and 2 weeks in between cycles.
    • *Your customer will only be charged if they choose to have orders shipped to for on-site pick up. In this case we do charge $15 a box of orders.

We are capable of produce most (if not all) promotional items. Make sure your customer is aware that promotional items must be purchased in bulk (50 piece minimum.)

Order Fulfillment

Along with webstores we can pack and ship orders for your customer. Restrictions do apply and order volume must meet a minimum threshold. Notify your sales manager for customers requesting order fulfillment with custom branding or packaging. All requests will be reviewed on a case by case basis and priced accordingly.
