Policies & Tracking
Shipping Fees
We use UPS for all of our shipping needs and follow a simple shipping fee structure of $15 per box/parcel of items sent through UPS Ground Shipping. For however many boxes/parcels it takes to fully pack an order, we will charge $15 for each box/parcel. This covers the cost of the shipping label, packing materials, and the time spent packing an order.
For orders sent using a different shipping method (2nd day air, Next day air,) we will apply the appropriate charge on a case by case basis. This is generally used for rush orders that were placed outside of our typical lead time.
Packing
Orders are packed in OSA branded boxes or poly bags with a packing slip attached to the outside. We also include a secondary label that identifies each parcel by Invoice number, order name, item count, and number of total boxes/parcels. Poly bags are used for orders with 1-5 items, and boxes are used for all other orders.
General Packing Guidelines:
- Shirts - 72/box
- Shorts - 60/box
- Hoodies - 20/box
- Zip Ups - 20/box
- Crewnecks - 24/box
- Sweatpants - 20/box
Shipping Times
All orders are shipped from OSA HQ in Gardena, CA through UPS. The image below details how long an order will take to arrive when shipped from OSA HQ through UPS Ground Shipping ($15 standard shipping.)
If your order is shipping using a different method (ie: Next Day Air,) your order will arrive based on the shipping method selected.

Order Tracking
All orders can be tracked using UPS's Tracking system. All you need is your orders tracking number and to access the UPS Tracking Portal.
- Find your tracking number in Printavo under the "More Actions" menu.
- Clicking on the map pin icon will open a separate dialogue box with your order's tracking number.

- Copy the tracking number and head to UPS Tracking site.
- Paste your tracking number in the search bar and hit "Track" to begin tracking your order.

- Your orders tracking information will appear and give you the following information
- Status (Delivered or expected arrival date and time)
- Current Location
- Number of Packages
- Who received the Package (if delivered)

- If your package is being rerouted, delivery has failed, or is lost, please contact your sales manager ASAP so these issues can be resolved in a timely manner.
