How do I know if I need to sbmit an artwork request?
You will almost always need our art team to process your artwork in order to have it applied to a garment. Most customers will give you art or designs that we cannot edit or run through our production system, and will need to be converted to a vector. Visit the Artwork Request page for more information.
When am I allowed to send a sample to my customer?
Sending product samples is always encouraged! Samples are an effective way to show your customer just how great our work is first hand. We offer both free and paid samples so check out our Sample Request page for more information.
Who can I reach out to for Printavo help?

What if my customer is looking for a specific type of service that we do not offer?
Depending on the type of service we may be able to get it done through a third party vendor. Doing so helps us gain a customer who might explore our main services in the future.
Are webstores limited to schools?
